For anyone who lives in the Free State / Gauteng region, make sure you head to Sasolburg tomorrow morning (Saturday 26th November) for a free walk and information day organised by the Bongi Ngema-Zuma Foundation, with free screening and blood testing. We’ll be there!

06:00 – 07:45 Arrival for walk.
06:30 Registration to start. T-shirts to be given out.
08:00 – 10:00 Cutting of ribbon and walk commence
Screening and Testing
08:00 Screening will start and continue throughout the day’s proceedings
Education to be provided in the big tent when people wait to be tested or for the programme to begin. The topics will be: Healthy Lifestyles, NHI Plan, Management of Diabetes.
10:00 Official Programme to start after the arrival of the dignitaries.
