Diabetes and sore feet – what’s the problem?

Hi

I have been diagnosed with diabetes for almost 2 years. I try and live very healthy, I stick to the diet and exercise.

My problem is my feet. They’re sore and I don’t know what to do.

I wear only comfortable special shoes for them and try my best to keep them dry every day. I wear slippers and socks overtime I am at home. But it doesn’t seem to help that much.

Any advice?

Kind Regards,
– Tinyiko

See a podiatrist that will prescribe the correct socks according your need.
My wife massages my feet every night. Also drinking halve a Disprin every morning a must as per my Vascular Surgeon.
Help me a lot especially the nightly massage with Deep Heat or anything strong.
