The web app builds on this support system by giving people living with chronic conditions ongoing lifestyle support and tools to help with medication adherence.
It offers tools to help users manage their health, including:

- Weight tracker
- Waist circumference trackers
- Diabetes-friendly recipes approved by the Heart & Stroke Foundation SA
- Meal-planning features which can generate automatic, downloadable shopping lists (our favourite feature!)
- Exercise plans
- Medication tracking
- Educational resources
The medication tracker allows users to add medicine names, dosages and stock levels, and sends reminders when it is time to take medication or refill a prescription.
Who can use it?
The app is available to anyone using Pharma Dynamics diabetes medication. People using selected Pharma Dynamics products for weight management, testosterone support or anxiety can also access the app under separate categories.
