Sugar free but high kilojoule

Hi,

I love your page and your book. I hope that you can help me. I love drinking and eating healthy and strive to buy sugar free products where possible.

The problem that I am having is that although a product is sugar free, it has a high kilojoule level. Is this something to avoid – especially if the kilojoule and energy levels of the product is high?

Looking forward to hearing from you…

– Martin
