Diabetic friendly recipes and drinks?

As a 23 year old Type 1 diabetic, I would love to know of diabetic friendly recipes, or products available for cold drinks – not Coke Light or Sprite Zero etc – more like fruit juice or anything delicious, please!!!

  1. Do not skip meals. Try to eat at frequent intervals every last day. Even distribution of meals aids stop lower and high blood glucose. Also, eating at typical intervals controls hunger and prevents overeating.
