Perfect low-sugar iced tea recipe:
Soak 1x raspberry herbal tea bag in 100ml boiling water – allow to stand for 2mins;
stir in 2 teaspoons Xylitol;
top up with 300ml cold water and 50ml fresh berry fruit juice and stir;
pour mixture into a shaker over 4x blocks of ice;
SHAKE WELL and ENJOY!!!!
Very refreshing, healthy and low carbohydrate – perfect substitute for juice or normal iced-tea.
